2.3.  Customers must review all booking details before making a payment.  Pintop Travels LLC is not responsible for errors made during the booking process.

5.1. Pintop Travels LLC acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers.  We are not responsible for and cancellations, delays, losses, injuries or damages caused by third-party providers.
5.2. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of third-party providers, including but not limited to cruises, flights, hotels and excursions.
